Caribbean Collection Family Celebration

Come join us for the Caribbean Collection Family Celebration! We’ll be launching a new free self-guided activity that explores Caribbean artists, designers, and makers at the museum.

On the day you can pick up a self-led families activity to discover and celebrate the Caribbean Collection together. As a family, enjoy a drop-in activity running throughout the day inspired by hands-on making activities within the resource.

There’ll be the opportunity to join a playful, family-friendly tour starting at 1pm and 2pm. The tour will explore the 1900-Now Gallery and will share some of the stories behind the objects in the collection. Please meet outside the Art Studio in the Learning Centre, to join this tour. The tours will run for 20 minutes but please allow 30 minutes in total.

This event is for children and their adults to enjoy together. No child can be left unattended. Suitable for ages 5+. The capacity for each activity will be limited and on a first-come-first served basis.
