Past Event

In this interactive session, explore roles and projects in fashion design that are being inspired and led by sustainable processes and innovations of making, wearing and re-purposing fashion. Learn from design and museum professionals and gather project ideas and industry insights to take back to the classroom.

This teachers-only talk will be held on Zoom, and ticket holders will receive a link on the morning of the event. A basic materials list will be sent to you prior to the event, and no prior textile experience/knowledge is necessary. If you have any issues receiving the link or any queries about the event, please get in touch with the Schools Team on schools@vam.ac.uk

This event is Part 3 of a three-part Teacher Sanctuary CPD series focused on Sustainable Fashion. Part 1 (03 February 2023) and Part 2 (24 March 2023) will be hosted in-person at V&A South Kensington. You do not need to attend all parts of the CPD to join, and each event will need to be booked separately.

This event is kindly made possible through the Drapers’ Charitable Fund.
