One Final Vanishing Act: Blackstar and the Lyrics of David Bowie

In January 2016, David Bowie released Blackstar, his final album, just three days before passing away. Lucy Wagstaff, Cataloguer of the V&A Bowie Archive, will explore the creative process behind this cryptic body of work, and interpret how Bowie’s lyrics might relate to his own mortality and legacy.
