One Final Vanishing Act: Blackstar and the Lyrical Mystery of David Bowie

In January 2016, David Bowie released Blackstar, his final album, just three days before passing from cancer. Lucy Wagstaff, Cataloguer of the V&A Bowie Archive, will explore the creative process behind this cryptic body of work, and consider how much Bowie’s lyrics reveal about the star’s attitude towards his own mortality and legacy.
