Fashioning Masculinities: Menswear Tailoring Workshop (16-20 years)

Join us for a one-day workshop, inspired by the Fashioning Masculinities exhibition, with experienced tailor Lorraine Mitchell. The workshop will cover the basics of menswear tailoring including hand stitching, how to use sewing machines, selecting fabrics, and garment construction. This will be a great opportunity to gain practical skills and make your own clothing and will include entry to the Fashioning Masculinities exhibition. Lorraine will also share insights from Savile Row and can give advice on internships, placements, menswear courses, and tailoring production. This event is for Young People aged 16-20 years old.
