Looking to run a festival, week long events or seasonal programmes? This two day course is designed to help delegates look at the practicalities of organising large events and festivals in a museum and gallery setting.
This course will consider the stages of planning from initial concept all the way through to logistics, marketing and the event itself. You will learn how to deal with tight deadlines and working with different teams as well as effective communication techniques to ensure the event is a success.
