Lunchtime Lecture: Tropical Modernism: Architecture and Independence photo

Tropical Modernism was a colonial architecture: through an examination of the context of British imperialism and decolonial struggle, this talk by the exhibition curator seeks to look at the history of Tropical Modernism before and after Independence in Ghana and India, and show something of the politics behind the concrete.
