Lunchtime Lecture: Re:Imagining Musicals photo

As we celebrate the V&A's Performance Festival, join Senior Curator Simon Sladen to explore how some of the best-loved musicals have been created, adapted, revived, and retold throughout the ages. From the iconic Miss Saigon and My Fair Lady to modern classics SIX the Musical and Everybody’s Talking About Jamie, discover the evolution and craftsmanship behind musical masterpieces in a lunchtime lecture inspired by the V&A’s free display Re:Imagining Musicals.

Simon Sladen is Senior Curator of Theatre & Performance at the V&A, and curator of the Re:imagining Musicals Display, which is open now until Monday 17th November.
