Members' Tour: Muslim World Architecture photo
Through the V&A’s permanent collections in the South Asia Gallery and the Jameel Gallery, enjoy a historic overview of religious and secular architecture in Muslim lands across the globe. From exquisite glass mosque lamps and polychrome tiles to limestone carvings and ancient column capitals, the distinctive elements and decorative features found in architecture designed and built by Muslims throughout the history of Islam will be examined.
