Guided through the process by the curator of the exhibition, the exhibitions manager and the technical team, you will discover how the exhibition was conceived and staged to present the largest and most comprehensive Dior exhibition in UK history. Hear also from the textile conservation display team on how the garments were prepared and mounted for the exhibition.

Course overview
This half day Staging the Exhibition: Christian Dior course provides a unique insight into the curatorial and exhibition design process behind this exhibition which celebrates the history and impact of one of the 20th century’s most influential couturiers. You will find out how the exhibition was put together from its conception, through the development phases to the final display.
Please note that this course does not include a visit to the exhibition.
