Published to coincide with the year of her 80th birthday, 'Vivienne Westwood Catwalk' celebrates 40 years of Westwood catwalk collections, from her 1981 debut to the spring/summer 2021 collection by Westwood creative director Andreas Kronthaler. Join Westwood, Kronthaler and author of 'Vivienne Westwood Catwalk', Alexander Fury, as they look back at the designers’ womenswear collections and discuss how one of the most thought-provoking and influential figures in contemporary culture has been reinventing, changing and challenging fashion for over five decades.
This talk will be held on Zoom, and ticket holders will receive a link to view live on the morning of the event. If you have not received a joining link by noon on the day of the event please contact membershipevents@vam.ac.uk. Booking for this event will close at 4pm. The talk will also be recorded, and available to view for ticketholders after the event.
