Join the wonderful Tales from the Shed team from Chickenshed Theatre Company for a special creative play session, designed especially for visitors with sensory differences or Special Educational Needs and Disability and their families.
The workshop is relaxed and designed with you and your child in mind. It will include a touch tour of theatre props, tactile play including shadow play and opportunities to meet the theatre practitioners.
There will be time to explore in your own time, followed by a short performance. In the 90-minute session, it’s fine to take a break in our dedicated break-out room or elsewhere in the museum and re-enter the workshop.
Please note that this event is designed especially for children with sensory differences and SEND, and their families. Please help us to safeguard the spaces for those who need them. We have a similar event for everyone: Tales from the Shed event on Saturday 4 January.
