The Great Mughals: Art, Architecture and Opulence is supported the Huo Family Foundation, The Al Thani Collection Foundation and the Blavatnik Family Foundation
Hear from exhibition curators Susan Stronge, Ananya Sharma and Emily Hannam, who will talk us through the selection and curation of both famous and little-seen objects, across three sections, displayed chronologically, spanning the reigns of Emperors Akbar (r.1556-1605) Jahangir (r.1605-1627) and Shah Jahan (r.1628-16580), with a particular focus on the craftsmanship, arts and creative outputs of the courts.
This talk will be held on Zoom, and ticket holders will receive a link to view live on the morning of the event. The talk will also be recorded, and available to view for ticketholders after the event.
