Botanical Sculpture Workshop

Over two days, tutor Christina Wallis, will guide you through the process of creating lifelike flowers in Cold Porcelain: a flexible, durable and non-toxic air drying clay. Your finished arrangement will include a chrysanthemum, rose and foliage, allowing you to gain a clear understanding of how the flower is structured and practice a range of techniques. Throughout the course you will gain a multitude of skills, from cutting, shaping and assembling each piece, to adding colour, as well as getting to know which tools are best suited to become fluent in this quickly developing new art form.
