Aromatherapy Textile pouch making with Tyreis Holder
Join us in the garden for free creative and wellbeing activities led by artist Tyreis Holder.
In this workshop you are invited to create Textile pouches with aromatherapy scents, that can be used to ground yourself throughout the day. Or you can simply enjoy music curated by DJ Rare Treat and relax in the garden.

About the artist:
Tyreis Holder is an Artist, Poet, Visual Storyteller and Community arts practitioner. She is from South London, with heritage reigning from Jamaica and St Vincent.

She creates installations, textiles, performance, poetry, sculpture and sound. Her practice explores self and identity politics, relationships of the mind in generational & ancestral healing, spirituality, and navigating colonial spaces.
