Join us for FREE, drop-in sessions for families at Young V&A!  

Explore exciting play adventures with our friendly team of Play Champions in our interactive galleries and on Town Square. Activities change regularly, so please do check the dates below if you want to know what we have on before arriving.

Visit our monthly pop-up board game café, inspired by 'The Arcade.' It’s a fun, family-friendly event where you can explore a variety of board games, learn new ones, and share your own unique 'House Rules.' Come together to enjoy quality time and friendly competition!

Build playful structures and explore sound and space in this installation created by artist Yuri Suzuki.  
 

All our events are family activities, where adults are required to participate alongside their children.  


This activity is part of Young V&A’s Power of Play programme. The Power of Play is a collaborative project to bring quality learning-through-play to children and young people in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. The project is funded by the LEGO Foundation and coordinated by the LEGO Group in London. Young V&A is participating in the project alongside the Institute of Imagination, Save the Children and Easy Peasy.
