Listen, play and make some noise with Young V&A’s Play Champions! This free, informal session will invite you and your little one to explore our museum display through sound and music.
Sessions take place on selected Thursdays and Fridays during term-time at 10.30 and last for 40 minutes.
Spaces are limited, so attendance will be on a first come, first served basis. Please note that the buggies need to be left in the designated buggy park and cannot be brought into the Mini Museum space.
Sound Explorers has been developed in collaboration with School of Noise, and our resources include a bespoke set of Sensory Tiles designed and made by
Play Build Play.
All our events are family activities, where adults are required to participate alongside their children.
This activity is part of Young V&A’s Power of Play programme. The Power of Play is a collaborative project to bring quality learning-through-play to children and young people in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. The project is funded by the LEGO Foundation and coordinated by the LEGO Group in London. Young V&A is participating in the project alongside the Institute of Imagination, Save the Children and Easy Peasy.
