Onsite Talk: Celebrating Anthony Crickmay, A Life in Photographs photo

Anthony Crickmay (1937-2020) was revered for capturing the heart of his subjects in portraits, fashion shoots and theatre. In particular, he revealed the dancers’ art. Join V&A Curator Jane Pritchard and a panel of distinguished dancers including The Royal Ballet’s Edward Watson, Daria Klimentova, former lead principal dancer at the English National Ballet, and Linda Gibbs of the London Contemporary Dance Theatre, for a discussion of their experience of collaborating with Crickmay to create some of his iconic images.
Priority booking is currently open for Members and Patrons; general booking will open Friday 25 March, subject to availability.

STAYING SAFE
The V&A has put numerous health and safety measures in place to ensure the museum is a safe, relaxing and inspiring place for our patrons and visitors. We have taken steps to ensure that all V&A sites are reasonably COVID-19 secure with cleaning, handwashing and hygiene procedures in line with guidance. Hand sanitiser will be available, and face coverings are recommended. Some may choose not to wear face coverings, so please take this into account when deciding to book. A level of social distancing will be maintained, including limiting capacity and increasing ventilation in the Lecture Theatre.
