With a growing market for events, courses and things to do, museums are competing to engage and diversify adult audiences in new and exciting ways. This one-day course will explore how to run an adult programme, from ideas and inspiration to budgeting and maximising revenue. Learning from V&A case studies including high profile talks, festivals and workshops, you will create a workshop plan and receive feedback.

Jo Banham was Head of the Adult Programmes in the Learning Department at the Victoria & Albert Museum from 2006 - 2016. She is currently co-curator of an exhibition on William Morris and the Arts and Crafts Movement organised by the Juan March Fundacion, Madrid and the Museu Nacional de Arte Catalunya, Barcelona.
