Upstart Schools Online – Design Careers and Wellbeing with Studio Polpo

Join Mark and James from Sheffield’s Studio Polpo, a Sheffield-based social enterprise architecture practice. Studio Polpo research, test, play and experiment with materials to create everything from furniture to new buildings and the refurbishment of old structures. Their projects aim to work towards social, environmental and economic justice. Mark and James will discuss their careers in architecture and ergonomic design, explain how they prioritise wellbeing in their work and answer your questions in a Q&A.

This online event is free, open to any school groups and young people age 16-24 and will take place on Zoom.
