Fabergé in London: Romance to Revolution
‘The Story of the Country House’ is an authoritative and vivid account of the British country house, from its Roman precursors to today. Join author Clive Aslet for an insightful and fresh look at a building type that thrived especially in the Edwardian golden age, and continues to capture our imaginations.
Priority booking is open for V&A Members and Patrons; general booking will open Monday 8 November, subject to availability.
STAYING SAFE
The V&A has put numerous health and safety measures in place to ensure the museum is a safe, relaxing and inspiring place for our patrons and visitors. We have taken steps to ensure that all V&A sites are reasonably COVID-19 secure with cleaning, handwashing and hygiene procedures in line with guidance. Hand sanitiser will be available, and face coverings are recommended. Some may choose not to wear face coverings, so please take this into account when deciding to book. A level of social distancing will be maintained, including limiting capacity in the Lecture Theatre for this event.
