Celebrating the life and career of the great designer Azzedine Alaïa, Carla Sozzani - one of his closest confidantes - discusses his incredible fashion legacy and their five decades of friendship as examined her new biography Carla Sozzani: Art, Life, Fashion by Louise Baring, published by Thames & Hudson.

She is joined in conversation with another friend, fashion journalist and curator Alexander Fury. Preceding their discussion is a screening of the intimate  documentary short Alaïa, by Joe McKenna, including interviews with Alaïa’s friends including Nicolas Ghesquière, Carlyne Cerf, and of course Naomi Campbell.
