In Practice: Drawing South Asian Jalis with Samira Mian

In this online session, Samira will show you how to recreate sixfold patterns inspired by objects in the V&A Collection. Using a print-at-home worksheet, you will be able to either draw your own design directly or create a more elevated piece by transferring it to water paper or coloured paper with colours and materials of your choice.

The recording will be emailed to ticket holders after the live event, and will be accessible for 5 days until midnight on Sunday 17 November 2024.
