In partnership with Dundee-based publisher Kitchen Press, this Tatha Takeover offers a rare chance to enjoy Roberta’s unique culinary style, inspired by recipes from her first cookbook, The Changing Tides.
Named as Square Meal’s Female Chef of the Year 2023 and a regular face on C4’s Sunday Brunch and BBC2’s Great British Menu, Roberta brings her passion for Scotland's seasonal produce to each plate. She has designed an exquisite menu for this event, using ingredients that speak to her hyper-seasonal ethos, from fresh game to coastal seafood, wild mushrooms, and rich Scottish berries.
