The Art of Thinking Clearly

Understand the power of the mind through the power of creativity

This talk, followed by Q&A, explores the connection of design, education and spiritual practice for mental wellbeing, through the understanding of the mind. Using the Creative Mind Workshops as a case study, which were commissioned by the art organisation Without Shape Without Form (WSWF).

Panellists include Digital Scenographer, Graphic Designer and Senior lecturer at Chelsea School of Arts David Barnett. Alongside, ex Vogue/Dazed creative and Artistic Director of Without Shape Without Form Deep Kailey.

You'll walk away with new perspectives on the art of thinking clearly, and how this can unleash limitless creativity.

This talk is part the public programme to accompany the Journey of the Mind exhibition, by WSWF, exploring how Sikh teachings can be used as tools to help anyone.
