Inspired by quintessentially Scottish recipes, elevated to showcase modern Scottish cooking with a few quirky twists.

STARTERS

Braised shortrib pie, pastry horns, rumbledethumps, roast beetroot
Roast chicken, peas with leeks and bacon, tarragon butter sauce, clapshot Strathdon blue, endive and walnut shortcrust tart, pickled grapes, watercress salad
