Join filmmaker Hannah Berryman, director of the BBC2 documentary Coco Chanel: Unbuttoned in conversation with V&A curator Emily Harris for an exploration of the process and challenges in capturing Gabrielle Chanel’s life and legacy on film. From deep dives into the archives to the use of innovative illustrations, hear how the director brought the elusive subject to life, and surprising insights she uncovered as she did.
